This Privacy Policy describes how Aethernet Technologies Pte. Ltd.(“we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal data when you use Aethernet ZWDS(the “Service”), in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore.

1. Data We Collect

• Account data: email or phone number (for sign-in)
• Birth data: birth date, time, and city (for chart generation)
• Usage data: feature usage records, subscription status
• Device data: browser, operating system, device type (for product optimization)

2. How We Use Your Data

• Generate and display your Zi Wei Dou Shu chart
• Provide AI-assisted cultural reading services
• Manage your account, subscription, and billing
• Send essential service notifications (no marketing without your consent)

3. Lawful Basis

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent (provided when you sign up) and our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Service. You may withdraw consent at any time.

4. Disclosure of Data

We do not sell your personal data. We disclose data only to trusted service providers (e.g. payment processors, AI inference providers, email delivery providers) strictly to operate the Service. These providers are contractually required to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we authorize.

5. Data Storage and Retention

Your data is stored on secure servers protected by industry-standard measures. We retain account data for as long as your account is active, and birth/chart data for as long as you choose to keep it in your study archive. You may delete charts from your archive at any time. Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data, except where retention is required by law.

6. Cross-border Transfer

Some of our service providers may process data outside Singapore. By using the Service, you consent to such transfer. Where personal data is transferred overseas, we ensure that safeguards consistent with the PDPA Transfer Limitation Obligation are in place.

7. Your Rights Under PDPA

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Withdraw consent for processing (this may affect your ability to use the Service)
• Request deletion of your account and associated personal data

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

9. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently done so, please contact us and we will delete the data.

10. Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
