1. About this Service

Aethernet ZWDS (the “Service”) is operated by Aethernet Technologies Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in the Republic of Singapore.

⚠️ Notice: The Service is a learning tool for the traditional Chinese cultural system known as Zi Wei Dou Shu (Purple Star Astrology). All chart analyses and AI-generated readings are for educational and cultural reference only, and do not constitute medical, legal, financial, psychological, or any other professional advice, nor any form of fortune-telling, divination, or decision-making guidance.

2. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. The Service is a cultural learning tool — it does not provide fortune-telling, divination, or professional consulting services.
  2. You will use the Service for personal study and cultural exploration only, and will not rely on it for any decision with material consequences.
  3. You are responsible for the accuracy of any birth data you provide; the Service generates charts based on the inputs given.
  4. You will not misuse the Service to harass, defame, or violate the rights of any third party.
  5. You are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions and Refunds

Subscription fees are payable for access to advanced software features. Fees are not consideration for any professional consultation. You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you are dissatisfied with the Service. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, content, and trademarks within the Service are owned by Aethernet Technologies Pte. Ltd. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aethernet Technologies Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be referred to and resolved by the courts of Singapore.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
